- Polymer Clay Baking process is very tuff.
- Accuracy of temperature, brand and thickness of clay is matter always.
- Use OTG Not Microwave.
- Use thermometer.
- Under baked polymer definitely break
- about 45 minutes for a 1/4″ thick piece or 6mm (Premo)
- Burning of Polymer Clay is better then under baked........First experiment and experience.
How I do it?
- 60 minutes baking must (sometime 2 hours).
- pre temperature check up every time for 15min.
- tent of Aluminium foil.
- Base of ceramic tile or stone sheet.
- light Color clay need more attention.
- (Sculpey)Wasabi need extra accurate temperature.
Tip of the day
You can rebake polymer clay, if you’ve already added paint or sealer, in most cases. Don't use nail polish.
